Brief Description of the Works Performed by the Bidder

The SMK Tower building with 42 storey and 188 offices where all are included in 55.000 sqm of closed area is promising a great panorama view of city along with highly comfortable offices and best class accommodation places.

Commitment of the project is including the design as well as the turn key based construction and installation works, to meet the expectations in terms of ultimate level of quality.

In addition to the Reinforced concrete Building, the procurement and installation works for all of the mechanical, electrical and electromechanical systems along with the landscaping and related infrastructure works are composing the complete performance.
